| Résumé en français | Cette invention concerne une composition microsphérique transportant des cellules, ladite composition comprenant un noyau microsphérique contenant une matrice copolymère à trois séquences A-B-A, la séquence A étant choisie parmi le poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) ou le polylactide (PLA), et la séquence B étant un poloxamère ou une poloxamine, le noyau microsphérique étant recouvert d'un enrobage d'adhésion cellulaire et comprenant par ailleurs des cellules entières ou des fragments cellulaires liés à l'enrobage d'adhésion cellulaire. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un procédé de préparation de la composition microsphérique transportant des cellules, et ses applications. |
